My photo
This is more of a photo scrapbook and a place to write (and vent) my thoughts and feelings and brag about my grandkids.. I am a 60 something wife, mom & grandma. I've been married to my best friend Walt since 1977. The most important thing in my life is family. We have been blessed with some great kids, our daughter Kayci, son Cody, our awesome grandson Jesse, our precious granddaughters Cassandra and Chelsea and our newest grandson John. We are currently raising our grandson Jesse and dealing with things such as Autism & ADHD. We have lived in northern Arizona for most of the last 35 years and love it here. We've had our ups & downs ~ but life is good... I'll add a little here - my sweetheart and best friend Walt passed away unexpectedly January 8, 2014. He will be missed by many.

We had a wonderful Primary Activity last week
"Tell Me The Stories of Jesus"
First we all met together and had an opening where we sang
"Tell me the stories of Jesus" heard a few scripture stories on Jesus life, and promised to follow in His footsteps. We then separated into 4 groups and rotated to 4 different stations where we (1) learned about Jesus teaching in the temple as a boy & made temples out of graham crackers, (2) learned about Jesus as a carpenter and sanded wooden blocks and decorated them with pictures of Jesus, (3) became 'Fishers of Men' with scripture stories & games, and (4) witnessed the Last Supper, with scriptures, stories, and snacks of grapes & cheese. We then met all together again for more stories. Most of our teachers dressed in "biblical" costumes. All of the kids really enjoyed all of the activities (even the older ones that think they're to grown up for Primary)
