My photo
This is more of a photo scrapbook and a place to write (and vent) my thoughts and feelings and brag about my grandkids.. I am a 60 something wife, mom & grandma. I've been married to my best friend Walt since 1977. The most important thing in my life is family. We have been blessed with some great kids, our daughter Kayci, son Cody, our awesome grandson Jesse, our precious granddaughters Cassandra and Chelsea and our newest grandson John. We are currently raising our grandson Jesse and dealing with things such as Autism & ADHD. We have lived in northern Arizona for most of the last 35 years and love it here. We've had our ups & downs ~ but life is good... I'll add a little here - my sweetheart and best friend Walt passed away unexpectedly January 8, 2014. He will be missed by many.

Happy 81st Birthday
to the World's Best Mom
Mom you have always been there for us.. in all we did, didn't do, wanted to become, and became. It is said that a mother's love knows no boundaries and I find this to be so true in you. You have loved us, taught us, put up with us, and forgiven us over and over. Even when we have given up on ourselves, you never have. You have always been there to fix a boo boo or a broken heart, a fever or just the blahs.
I can't remember a time in my life when you haven't been involved in all I did, from Brownies and Girl Scouts, horse shows and 4H, to girls camp and Roadshows.
The things I wish to emulate in you are your integrity, honesty, compassion and righteousness. You are not only beautiful on the outside but also on the inside. You are loving and giving, at times beyond what others deserve. I have learned compassion by watching the way you selflessly serves others. I have learned determination by watching you succeed in almost everything you take upon yourself. And I have learned righteousness by listening to your testimony of your love of Jesus Christ. You not only love the Gospel, you live it.
